Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When you upgrade, you get immediate access. When you downgrade, you keep Pro until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
You never lose data. If you're over the free limits (e.g., more than 5 groups), your existing data stays — you just can't create new ones until you're within limits.
Do you offer refunds?
Monthly plans: no partial refunds, but you keep access until end of billing period. Annual plans: access until end of the year.
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST.
